Today i would like to share the recipe of Indian common Dessert Suji Halwa which prepared with semolina, ghee and sugar. you can prepare a perfectly soft, glossy, and aromatic dessert perfect just by following simple & Easy Steps with Common ingredients available in your Kitchen. It is typically prepared for auspicious occasions, serve as Prasad to the devotees, it is traditional Dessert of India. It is Healthy as it made up of semolina, ghee and nuts which helps Provides Quick Energy, as is rich in carbohydrates, which gives your body an instant energy boost. Even when someone is sick at home and doesn't feel like eating anything, they make this halwa, which everyone loves. Try this recipe, and everyone in your home will love it too.

Ingredients 📃


• 1/2 cup Sooji (semolina/rava).
• 1/4 cup Ghee (clarified butter).
• 1/2 cup Sugar.
• 5-6 Chopped Almonds.
• 1/4 teaspoon Cardamom Powder.
• Water as Required.

Heat the oil in the kadai.

Add the suji in the Ghee. Roast it low Flame. It will take anywhere between 8 to 10 minutes.

Stir constantly until the mixture changes to a light chocolate brown colour and becomes fragrant.

Add the water, Mix it well. Adjust the water consistency according to your preference; you can also add more water later.

Add the sugar and mix it in.

After adding sugar, the color of your halwa will change slightly,Now add cardamom powder, stir it well, and garnish with nuts.
