Today i would like to share the recipe of Veg Hakka Noodles in is prepared by boiled noodles get Toast with Chinese sauces. It is easy and quickly to be made, specially liked by kids. Even it is my favourite, i usually crave for home made noodles, most of the time i avoid eating unhygienic and unhealthy street food, it hardly tooks 15-20 minutes to prepare it at home. The especially of this recipe is i have not used any type of sauces, just simply added the Ching chinese Hakka Noodles Masala which contains all flavours of noodles. When I started making noodles, by mistakely i added too much sauce, either it becomes too sour or looks black in colour, as i don't have idea of adding right ratio of adding sauces, so for me add this masala is solution of my problem. Ingredients📃
For Boiling Noodles.
• 200 Grams of Hakka Noodles.
• 2 lites of Water.
• 2 tbsp of Salt.
• 1 tbsp of Oil.
• Cold Water for Raising.
For Making Noodles.
• 2 Sliced Onion.
• 1 Sliced Capsicum.
• 4-6 Chopped cloves of garlic.
• 4 tbsp of oil.
• 1 sachet of Hakka Noddles Masala.
• salt to taste.
Process 👨🏻🍳
sliced onions & capcicum, Chopped the garlic & keep it aside.
firstly, in a large pan water, add oil & salt.
once the water comes to a boil, add the hakka noodles.
Stir and boil for 3 minutes or until the noodles turn al dente.
Drain off the noodles in the strainer and rinse with cold water to remove the starch, apply the oil all over the noddles to avoid the stickiness.
in a large kadai/pan heat oil and add chopped garlic.
now onion, capsicum, stir fry on high flame, until the vegetables shrink slightly.
now add the boiled noodles.
add the salt to taste & Ching chinese Noodles masala, when you are adding this masala, then no need add any sauces, but if you like the saucy & spicy noodles, you can adjust as per your taste.
stir fry until the masala & salt well combine.
on high flame, stir well, so that you noodles get hot.
Finally your Veg Hakka noodles is ready to serve, serve the noodles with any chill beverages to enhance it flavours.
