El día de hoy vamos a preparar el famoso perico con unos bollitos rellenos de queso.
En Venezuela se le llama perico al revuelto de huevos con tomate y cebolla, desconozco como lo llaman en otros países.

Today we're going to prepare the famous perico (a type of bread) with cheese-filled buns.
 In Venezuela, perico is a scrambled egg dish with tomato and onion. I don't know what it's called in other countries.

_ingredientes _

• Tomate
• Cebolla
• Huevos
• Harina de maíz
• Sal
• Queso

Ingredients
Tomato
Onion 
Eggs 
Cornflour
Salt
Cheese.

Iniciamos colocando en la cocina una olla con agua para que vaya hirviendo.

Seguidamente en un bol agregamos harina de maíz precocida un poquito de sal, revolver . Anexar el agua y amasar hasta que te quede una masa suave y uniforme, agarramos pedacitos de la masa hacemos como un baston y con el dedo hacemos el huequito donde va el queso , luego cerramos bien afilamos las puntas.

We start by placing a pot of water on the stove to boil.
 Next, add precooked corn flour and a pinch of salt to a bowl and stir. Add the water and knead until you have a smooth, even dough. We take small pieces of dough and make a stick-like shape. With our finger, we make a small indentation where the cheese will go. Then, we close it tightly and sharpen the tips.

Y listo , cuando el agua esté hirviendo los agregamos , están listos cuando floten

And that's it, when the water is boiling we add them, they are ready when they float

Para el perico cortamos en cuadros pequeños tomate y cebolla y luego sofreir, mientras batimos muy bien los huevos en un bol

For the perico, we cut the tomato and onion into small squares and then sauté them, while we beat the eggs very well in a bowl.

Agregar los huevos al sofrito un toque de sal y revolver hasta que esté listo.

Add the eggs to the sofrito, a touch of salt and stir until ready.
