Hola, soy Genaro y esta es mi primera presentación en esta comunidad, denominada Hive Food y lo hago por recomendación de mi papá @palabras1. Pero esta vez, voy a compartir una experiencia con mi mamá @zutodoterreno, haciendo ñoquis de verduras, en este caso espinacas.

Cocinar con tu madre es muy difícil, ya que yo sé que lo hace con mucho amor, a pesar de sus gritos, pero muchas veces no coincidimos en algunos puntos. A mí me gusta respetar las cantidades y los tiempos de cocción y ella, es totalmente diferente. Pero como por ahora ella compra los ingredientes, debo respetar 😁.

Cooking with your mother is very difficult, since I know she does it with a lot of love, despite her shouting, but many times we don't agree on some points. I like to respect the quantities and cooking times and she is totally different. But since for now she buys the ingredients, I have to respect 😁.
Hicimos juntos ñoquis de verdura y en este caso, lo hicimos con espinacas:
INGREDIENTES:
- 2 Huevos.
- Ricota (Cantidad necesaria).
- Harina común 000 (Cantidad necesaria).
- Espinaca (Cantidad Necesaria).
- Sal a gusto.
- Ralladura de nuez moscada.
- Queso fresco semiduro (Cantidad necesaria).
Salsa:
- Ajo.
- Cebolla.
- Morrón.
- Aceite.
- Pollo trozado.
- Carne de soja, sabor a pollo.
- Chimichurri (Opcional).

- Ricotta (Amount needed).
- Plain flour 000 (Amount Needed).

- Onion.
- Morron.
- Oil.
- Chopped chicken.
- Soy meat, chicken flavor.
- Chimichurri (Optional).
Las cantidades depende de cuantas personas van a disfrutar de tu comida. En nuestro caso, somos 4 y alcanzo muy bien. Una posibilidad, para realizarlo sin gluten, es utilizar fécula de maíz, fécula mandioca o maicena.

The quantities depend on how many people are going to enjoy your meal. In our case, there are 4 of us and it is enough. One possibility, to make it gluten free, is to use corn starch, cassava starch or cornstarch.
Debo decir que todo lo que sé de cocina, lo aprendí de mamá y con mamá, ya que ella desde niño me entreno para que yo sea autosuficiente. Y sinceramente me gusta, porque tengo conocidos que muchas veces no saben cocinar y ahí, es donde digo, mamá es una genia.
