        Greetings friend, thank you very much!. The varieties of malangas and potatoes that I know are delicious in broths, and as added in meats. It is differentiated by its body, texture, cooking time. To obtain a creamy dish, I always lean more towards malangas because it provides more creaminess.In this photo I show you at first the malangas and then the potatoes.A blessed week with flavor🙋🍲
