Yesterday, I was in such a rush that I didn't even have time for breakfast, so I decided to go for a good empanada.
I usually go to the same place, where a lady cooks delicious food. They sell empanadas and lunches there, and everything they make is delicious.
This time, I ordered two Gordon Blue empanadas, which are basically chicken, ham, and cheese. They always give them to me freshly made, so I had to wait for them to be ready.
I usually eat them with guasacaca or green sauce, which makes them really special.
Honestly, I try not to eat too much fat and flour because we're trying to lose weight, but sometimes you just have to treat yourself. You've got to live life to the fullest. We take care of ourselves, but we also live. Balance. Yin and ñam 😂🤣
Ayer salí apurada de casa y ni me dió chance de desayunar así que mi mejor opción, era una buena empanada.
Suelo ir al mismo lugar siempre, una señora que cocina delicioso. Allí no solo venden empanadas sino también almuerzos y todo sabe muy bien.
En esta ocasión pedí dos empanadas de Gordon Blue, que es básicamente, pollo, jamón y queso. Siempre me las dan recién hechas, así que tuve que esperar a que estuviesen listas.
Obviamente, me las comí con una guasacaca o salsa verde que le da el toque 👌
La verdad trato de evitar comer tanta grasa y harinas porque en este perfil queremos bajar de peso, pero a veces solo hay que darse un gustito y ya. La vida hay que vivirla. Nos cuidamos pero también vivimos. Equilibrio. Yin y ñam 😂🤣
