Trying to eat differently, adding vegetables to our delicious traditional arepas, I wanted to try making my arepas with this flour, but with zucchini, because the idea is not to eat the flour on its own, but always to accompany it with something else.

INGREDIENTS:👇

  • 1/2 zucchini
  • 2 cups gluten-free bread flour
  • Salt and water

PREPARATION:

This is an easy and practical recipe that doesn't require many steps or ingredients. I simply grated the pumpkin and removed some of the liquid, because we all know that it produces a lot. Then, once that was done, I added the flour, a pinch of salt, and water to a bowl and proceeded to knead until I had a smooth dough.

Now that my dough is ready, I proceed to assemble my arepas. With this amount, I made two large arepas and one small one, hehe.

We take them to the budare, cook them, and brown our arepas nicely. Once ready, choose what to eat with them. I made myself a scrambled egg and tomato dish; it's my favorite breakfast menu, with a touch of cheese, and then enjoy.

Without a doubt, a good, nutritious, and healthy breakfast. Have you tried making your arepas this way? I invite you to do so, you won't regret it. Something different, but best of all, very nutritious.

I'm back, getting active with my recipes. As I've said before, it's my best therapy. I'm still looking to learn, even if it's something simple, but everything helps, don't you think? Well, friends, I hope you like my recipes. Please support me in continuing to create and improve. I welcome tips and ideas for healthy recipes. I'll read them.

Happy Tuesday to everyone, the last day of February.
