HI EVERYONE

I love making oat bread. You can make it in many ways; the ingredients vary very little.
Sometimes I add coconut,s other times I've added broccoli, and today I added carrots. I like them savory so I can fill them with whatever I like.

These breads are fantastic for people who don't eat wheat flour. They have a fairly neutral flavor, so you can try this recipe and maybe you'll fall in love with this food.

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 grams of baking soda
  • 2 cups of oats
  • 1 cup of milk (you can use any type; I use whole milk)
  • 2 eggs
  • A pinch of salt
  • 10 grams of seeds (approximately one tablespoon; I used sesame seeds)
  • Grated carrot (optional); I used 20 grams.

PROCEDURE

✓ Blend all ingredients until you have a thick batter. You'll get approximately 2.5 cups of batter.

✓ Cook in the oven or in a skillet. I cook them in a skillet on the stovetop over medium-low heat. Here's how to cook them in a skillet: first, heat a skillet over high heat. Once the skillet is hot, reduce the heat to medium-low. Now you can cook the bread. Keep the skillet covered during cooking. They cook very quickly. Spray the bottom of the skillet with oil to prevent the bread from sticking.

If you like, you can add seeds on top for a nice and decorative touch.

✓ Now they're ready to serve. I made some burgers that were absolutely delicious.

My hamburgers were made with beef, tomato, cucumber, cabbage and sauces; they turned out simple and delicious.

PAN DE AVENA

Amo hacer pancitos de avena, puedes hacerlos de varias formas, los ingredientes ciertamente varían muy poco, aveces le agrego coco, en ocasiones le he colocado brócoli, hoy les añadí zanahoria, me gusta que sean salados para rellenarlos a mí gusto.

Son fantásticos para las personas que no consumen harina de trigo, quedan con un sabor bastante neutro, así que pueden probar ésta receta y tal vez se terminen enamorando de éstos pancitos.

INGREDIENTES

  • 6 gramos de bicarbonato de sodio
  • 2 tazas de avena en hojuelas
  • 1 taza de leche líquida, puedes utilizar cualquier tipo, yo utilice leche entera
  • 2 huevos
  • Sal, una pizca
  • 10 gramos de semillas, aproximadamente una cucharada, yo utilice semillas de sésamo
  • Zanahoria rallada (opcional), yo le coloque 20 gramos.

PROCEDIMIENTO

✓ Licuar todo, esto se convierte en una mezcla espesa, sale aproximadamente 2,5 tazas de mezcla.

✓ Se cocina en horno o en sartén, yo lo hago en un sartén sobre la estufa, a fuego medio-bajo
La técnica en sartén es la siguiente: primero colocamos un sartén a calentar a fuego alto, una vez que el sartén está caliente le bajamos la temperatura a fuego medio-bajo, así ya podemos cocinar los pancitos, el sartén debe estar con la tapa durante la cocción, se cocinan super rápido, rocía con aceite la base del sartén, es una forma de tener precaución para que no se pegue los panes al sartén.

Si quieres le puedes añadir semillas por arriba, quedan unos lindos pancitos decorativos.

✓ Quedan buenísimos, suaves , esponjosos y sabrosos

✓ Ahora ya están listos para servir, yo hice unas hamburguesas que quedaron riquísimas.

Mis hamburguesas fueron de carne de res, tomate, pepino, repollo y salsas, quedaron sencillas y deliciosas.
