Hi everyone, how are you today?
Today we want to go for a walk to my children's favorite place. Where else if not to an ice cream place, this time I took the children to eat the legendary ice cream in Jakarta called Ragusa.
Ragusa is an ice cream shop founded by native people from Italy at that time who came to Batavia (Batavia is the name before changing to Jakarta).
Maybe there are some of your friends who have come and tried the ice cream, its distinctive taste is made from fresh milk which is processed without preservatives and has a delicious taste which has made this shop last for almost a century.
Ragusa Ice Cream was founded in 1932 and is currently located on Jl. Veteran I No.10 Gambir, Gambir District, Central Jakarta City, Special Capital Region of Jakarta The building is still maintained as before, where the benches used are old-fashioned models made of rattan and very simple building details are the characteristics of this place.
The menu served is very diverse, all about ice cream. Over time, the ice cream made has become increasingly varied, including durian ice cream, strawberry, chocolate, banana split and many more. For the menu list, this shop also provides it in the form of a barcode scan, friends, so while you're waiting in line you can choose the menu you want.
The prices offered start from 20k - 100k.
Today I ordered a special ice cream mix, durian ice cream, chocolate ice cream and also cassata Siciliana.
In my opinion, from what I ordered, the chocolate ice cream was very tasty, not too sweet, the milk tasted and the chocolate taste was a little dark but delicious. And for the Cassata siciliana, it is a combination of 3 delicious ice cream flavors which contain peanuts and pieces of cake. This is delicious but in my opinion it is too sweet.
When you order ice cream here you will get free cold mineral water so you don't need to worry. If you come to Indonesia, specifically Jakarta, you must try this legendary ice cream. On weekdays it will be full and waiting to order, you can eat on the spot or take it home.
That's all my story for today. I hope it can be used as a reference for my friends' holidays in Indonesia. See you in the next block. Bye bye
