PREPARACIÓN/PREPARATION

Para preparar la ensalada lo primero que haremos es lavar bien los vegetales que vamos a usar, en un bol colocamos el tomate, rábano y pepino picados en media luna, luego le agregamos la cebolla picadas en tiras y el perejil picado finamente.

Le agregamos el aguacate picado en cubos y seguidamente el limón para evitar que se nos oxide le añadimos aceite de oliva removemos y ya lista la ensalada.

Para preparar el pollo lo lavamos y aderezamos con sal< pimienta ajo en polvo, cúrcuma y orégano mezclamos y dejamos reposar mínimo media hora.

En un sartén ligeramente engrasado colocamos el pollo y cocinamos tapado a fuego medio hasta que dore por ambos lados.
