These days I have some time to pamper myself and today I thought to prepare sandwich for me. It's been so long that I haven't eaten homemade sandwich, so today I decided to prepare it for Here in India mostly people eat Parantha,Sabzi Chapati, poha, idli sambar and much more and rarely sandwich. I think Indians like their breakfast healthy and heavy, compared to parantha sandwich is literally nothing.
Also when you cook food properly at looses most of its nutrients but while preparing sandwich, we really don't cook the vegetables properly so that it's a crunchiness it's original taste remains. India is vast with different culture and at every state people prepare food differently so I am not sure, my way of preparing sandwich is quite common but its definitely unique and tastes way better. So let's start to prepare this colourful sandwich with vegetables that you like.
Ingredients
Brown bread
Pasta and pizza sauce
Tomato Sauce
1 Tps Salt
1 Cucumber
1 Tomato
1 Onion
2 Green chillies
Mayo
Cumin seeds
Black salt
Cheese
Procedure
Whenever I am behind the clock I prepare sandwich for myself because it literally get ready within a 15 minutes moreover, healthy and nutritious.
You need onions, tomatoes, green chillies and cucumber as well as paneer with you. Was the properly and chop them as small as you can.
Plate shows everything that you require are you can also add more vegetables according to your liking. I love paneer in my sandwich that's why I am preparing it this way.
The plate look so colourful so do my masaldani!
If you have any such box at your place then it's great but if you don't than you need to create it it's called masala Dani. As all the necessary masalas or spices that you need in your food. From this masala Dani I have added some spices over the chopped vegetables such as salt, cumin seeds and red chilli powder.
This is how it done out after mixing all the spices.
Now take brown bread, as I was preparing it for myself only so I have taken only for slices of bread which is enough to prepare two sandwich.
These are top and main ingredients that are required to prepare the sandwich and they bring immense flavour and aroma to it. You can also prepare your sauces at home if you know but for me it's bit difficult to prepare them here as I don't have mixer or grinder with me.
I think freshly prepared sauce can enhance that is 10 x so if you know how to prepare and you have all the necessary things required, do prepare it yourself. Now spread the sauce and the mayo over the bread just like I did. Look how cool it looks.

And here I'm showing it to you, proving that I have prepared it myself and took pictures all by myself but my front camera is not camering.
Now spread the sauce and also evenly spread the chopped vegetables, just like I did.
Add slices of cucumber over it and you can also add tomatoes and onions if you want.
Now turn the flame in over the pan and put them in it. The flame should be low, we just want the bread to get chrunchy not black.
You can add butter, ghee or oil in it as well. I prefer ghee cause of it's great properties and benefits. One of the main reasons why I eat ghee is, it's good for you skin my front camera is not clear or else you could go blind by looking at my shinny skin.
Well this is all for today and I know that this way of repairing sandwich is unique and maybe you haven't prepare it this way all your life but I give it a try its definitely what your time.
