Hello everyone! I'm Davide, a guy who is half Japanese and half Italian, and today I want to share with you my incredible experience traveling to Kyoto.
Kyoto is a city that enchants with its millenary history, majestic temples, and zen gardens. During my stay, I had the opportunity to immerse myself in Japanese culture, savoring traditional dishes like those in the photo: boiled eggs with orange yolk, slices of root, tofu with sauce, sliced meat, and cooked fish. Each bite was an explosion of unique and authentic flavors.
Kyoto is a place where the past and the present blend harmoniously, and walking through its streets is like taking a journey through time. I visited Kinkaku-ji, the famous Golden Pavilion, and Fushimi Inari Taisha, with its iconic red torii gates. Every corner of this city has something special to offer, and I can't wait to go back to discover even more.
If you have the opportunity to visit Kyoto, I recommend taking the time to explore every detail and savor every moment. It’s an experience that will enrich you and leave you with unforgettable memories.
See you soon,
Davide
