El mes de septiembre está lleno de cumpleaños en mi familia, primero cumplo yo el 12, luego mi pequeño sobrino y mi mamá. Hoy es el turno del Mario mi sobrino menor, como buen amante del chocolate no podía faltar la torta de chocolate y claro, el quesillo, nunca había realizado un quesillo de este sabor, aunque es un proceso sencillo, la cocción a baño María es algo que no domino.
Quedó muy rico, lo importante es que el cumpleañero quedó satisfecho, así que, misión cumplida.
