Cuando la mezcla este licuada vamos a preparar el caramelo, para ello incorporamos el azúcar en una olla o molde, llevamos al fuego, este debe ser bajo, y vamos a dejar derretir, debemos mezclar poco a poco el azúcar hasta que se derrita por completo. Al derretir bajamos del fuego y dejamos endurecer.
