Hoy es mi día #10 del reto #Hive14challenge y hoy quiero hablarles de mi experiencia comiéndome el mejor helado que hay en Valencia, Venezuela y ojo esto no es publicidad solo es mi experiencia como usuaria que ama un buen helado y esta heladería me dejó ese buen sabor.
Hola mi gente de Hive Food, sé que el helado no es una comida como tal, pero si es un alimento para el alma, yo en lo particular lo disfruto siempre, siempre, siento que mi niña interior salta de lado a lado cuando la palabra helado aparece por mi mente y más si es un buen helado como el de Conos Praga.
Esta heladería tiene una sola sede en la ciudad y sus helados son particulares porque tienen una cremosidad notable. Esta densidad se traduce en muchísimo más sabor en la boca, un factor que creo clave para lograr una diferencia en el producto artesanal de la oferta industrial.
Una de las cosas que me encantan del lugar es la cantidad de sabores que ofrecen. ahí puedes conseguir sabores como el de Pistacho de Sicilia o las combinaciones con chocolate oscuro, crema real y otros. Además, la crema no es tan dulce, eso hace que la nota principal del ingrediente brille sin ser opacada por el azúcar.
Un aspecto que diferencia a este helado es la propuesta de su barquilla (cono). Lejos de ser un mero soporte, la barquilla es una galleta de elaboración propia, diseñada no solo para la estética sino como un complemento activo del sabor.
Esta galleta se distingue por su textura crujiente y que son más gruesas, que resiste la humedad del helado denso sin romperse tan fácilmente, manteniendo una estructura firme hasta el final. Su sabor no es neutro; tiene un ligero sabor de mantequilla y vainilla que se integran perfectamente con la cremosidad del helado, que hace que la experiencia sea siempre de otro nivel.

Today is my day #10 of the #Hive14challenge, and today I want to tell you about my experience eating the best ice cream in Valencia, Venezuela. Note that this is not an advertisement; it's just my experience as a user who loves good ice cream, and this parlor left me with that good taste.
Hello, my people of Hive Food, I know that ice cream is not a meal as such, but it is food for the soul. I personally always, always enjoy it. I feel like my inner child jumps from side to side when the word "ice cream" pops into my mind, especially if it's a good one like the one from Conos Praga.
This ice cream shop has only one location in the city, and their ice creams are unique because they have a remarkable creaminess. This density translates into a lot more flavor in the mouth, a factor that I believe is key to achieving a difference between the artisanal product and the industrial offering.
One of the things I love about the place is the quantity of flavors they offer. There you can find flavors like Sicilian Pistachio or combinations with dark chocolate, crema real (royal cream), and others. Furthermore, the cream isn't overly sweet, which allows the main note of the ingredient to shine without being overshadowed by the sugar.
An aspect that differentiates this ice cream is the design of its waffle cone (barquilla). Far from being a mere support, the cone is a homemade cookie, designed not only for aesthetics but as an active complement to the flavor.
This cookie is distinguished by its crunchy texture and its thicker design, which resists the moisture of the dense ice cream without breaking too easily, maintaining a firm structure until the end. Its flavor is not neutral; it has a slight butter and vanilla taste that integrates perfectly with the creaminess of the ice cream, which makes the experience next level every time.
