Hoy es mi segundo día en este #Hive14challenge y aquí vengo con este post para contarles que hace poco vi un anuncio en redes sociales de un restaurancito en un jardín gourmet de la ciudad y me dio curiosidad de conocerlo, porque hablaban de servir verdadera comida italiana, esa por la que muchos suspiramos y nos genera tantísimas ganas de probarla, es que la cocina italiana tiene como ese toque glamoroso, pero exquisito. Yo no sé, pero me dije: “ese lugar hay que conocerlo, así que corrí y allí estaba de cabeza comiendo pasta.
Hola mi gente de Hive Food quiero contarles sobre cómo me fue comiendo pasta en Madonna. Bueno apenas llegué al lugar pedí la carta y vi uno de mis platos favoritos: Pasta con salsa Alfredo, pero este tenía la variación de que era mar y tierra, sí, así como lo escucharon a la salsa tradicional le agregaron trozos de carne y camarones, así que me lancé en esa aventura de probar cosas nuevas y ni se imaginan lo que pasó.
Debo acotar que el trato del personal fue bueno, puedo ser excelente, pero de momento diré que fue bueno. A lo que vinimos, el plato de pasta llegó caliente a la mesa, justo como lo esperaba, el emplatado estaba bien, limpio, y todo se veía bastante en orden. Debo resaltar que este plato de pasta solo costó 5$ y era una muy buena porción, no negaron nada de comida.
Con respecto al sabor no me decepcionaron, la pasta estaba al dente, la salsa en su punto de sal, con bastante cuerpo y además era abundante en el plato, con respecto a la proteína también fueron generosos y había bastante carne y camarones en mi plato.
Así que puedo decir que visitar a Madonna en Valencia fue una muy buena experiencia, desde la comida, hasta el lugar. Ahh olvidaba mencionar que los baños son tremendamente lindos, son toda una experiencia de colores y cuando sales del restaurante puedes disfrutar del jardín que está afuera y que de momento te hace despegarte de la bulla de la ciudad.

I was curious to check it out because they claimed to serve authentic Italian food—the kind that makes so many of us sigh and generates such a strong desire to try it. Italian cuisine just has this glamorous, yet exquisite, touch. I don't know, but I told myself, "I have to visit that place." So, I rushed over and was immediately deep into a pasta dish.
Hello, my people from Hive Food! I want to tell you about my experience eating pasta at Madonna. Well, as soon as I arrived, I asked for the menu and spotted one of my favorite dishes: Pasta with Alfredo sauce. But this one had a twist: it was Surf and Turf! Yes, you heard right—they added pieces of beef and shrimp to the traditional sauce. So, I dove into this adventure of trying new things, and you can't imagine what happened next.
I must point out that the staff treatment was good; it could be excellent, but for now, I’ll say it was good. Back to the main event: the pasta dish arrived at the table hot, just as I expected. The presentation was good, clean, and everything looked quite in order. I must highlight that this pasta dish only cost $5, and it was a very generous portion—they definitely didn't skimp on the food.
Regarding the flavor, they did not disappoint me. The pasta was al dente, the sauce was perfectly seasoned, with great body, and there was plenty of it on the plate. They were also generous with the protein; there was a good amount of beef and shrimp in my dish.
So, I can say that visiting Madonna in Valencia was a very good experience, from the food to the location. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that the restrooms are incredibly beautiful; they're an entire experience of colors. And when you leave the restaurant, you can enjoy the garden outside, which instantly helps you detach from the hustle and bustle of the city.
