Hola a todos, espero que se encuentren muy bien, pasteles o saladito de hojaldre como se le dice aquí en mi ciudad, es una buena opción para el desayuno, merienda o incluso cena, es demasiado sabroso, los rellenos típicos siempre ha sido jamón de pavo, queso, 4 quesos, o jamón y queso crema, el de queso crema me gusta bastante, esos los venden en una panadería cerca de aquí de mi casa, hace poco fui a comprar y me dijeron que tenían disponible de carne mechada y pollo, pedí de carne aunque soy amante del pollo, pero mi experiencia fue buena, aquí desde que le das el primer mordisco a la comida tiene full relleno, casi siempre en sabor esta fresco lo cual habla bien de esa panadería ya que algunos productos por no venderse pierde su sabor y calidad, aquí tienen salida todos los días, aunque el hojaldre tenga grasa no es algo que se consume todos los días uno tiene que darse ese gusto, siento que un saladito llena mas que un cachito o pan media luna no se como le llamen en otro lugar, la idea mía era compartir con mi mama ya que como pueden observar tiene bastante volumen y pesan mucho, yo solo no me iba a comer eso, se ha intentado hacer desde cero en casa pero lleva bastante trabajo, ya que tienen que poner a reposar y estirar muchas veces la masa o al menos eso me lo dijo un compañero que trabajo en una panadería, y como en la actualidad hay facilidad de todo ya venden esta masa lista para armar tendría que comprarla un día de estos, opinando del sabor del relleno un 10 de 10 siempre he dicho que los condimentos le dan vida a cualquier ingrediente allí esta el secreto, como le llaman a esta comida en tu ciudad? espero que les haya gustado mi relato, nos vemos en una próxima publicación.
