Hello everyone, I hope you are all doing well. I'm back again with a food that has become very popular in my country: hot dogs. If you want to know more, stay tuned and I'll tell you all about it.

I hadn't eaten hot dogs in a while because I had cut down on fats and am still in the process of doing so, but recently there were some buns available and I decided to make some very simple and tasty hot dogs for dinner. I added carrots, cabbage, onion, white cheese, sauces, potatoes, and Polish sausage. The flavor was spectacular. Here in this country, they call them “cold bullets” because many people, when leaving nightclubs in the early hours of the morning, would find, or still find, a stand selling good hot dogs at that time of night. It's not the healthiest food, is it? No, but we can't torture our palates all the time. It's okay once in a while. We know that hot dogs are better with their original bread, but this time I couldn't find any, so I bought French bread, which I think has more room for filling and doesn't fall apart so easily. Some people don't like onions, but that's what gives it a lot of flavor, along with the mustard. I only made six buns, but two were for me. I'm eating what I need to eat.

The Venezuelan-style hot dog is the best because one day I realized that abroad they only put tomato sauce on it and sausage, which I respect, but I think that here we brought that food to life and today it continues to be the food that saves parties or dinners, even though there's no set time to eat it. Hola A Todos

Tenía tiempo sin consumir perros calientes ya que había bajado más las grasas y todavía sigo en ese proceso, pero hace poco habían unos panes allí y se decidió hacer en la cena unos perros calientes muy sencillos y sabrosos, se le agrego zanahoria, repollo, cebolla, queso blanco, las salsas, papita y la salchicha era polaca, en sabor estaba espectacular, aquí en el país le dicen bala fría porque muchos al salir de las discotecas en la madrugada se encontraban o se encuentran aún a esa hora un puesto de buenos perros calientes, no es la comida más saludable? no pero no podemos torturar nuestro paladar de vez en cuando no cae mal, si bien sabemos el perro caliente es mejor con su pan de origen pero esta vez no conseguí, y compre pan francés que a mi parecer es más espacioso en relleno y no se desintegra tan fácil, hay personas que no les gusta con cebolla y es lo que le da mucho sabor incluyendo la mostaza, solo prepare 6 panes pero dos eran para mi estoy comiendo lo necesario.
