Next, I'll explain how to prepare a “delicious green plantain with salad, grilled chicken and cheese.” To enjoy an even more appetizing flavor, I garnished it with a touch of mustard, mayonnaise, and ketchup...   • Buenas noches amigos de hivefood, espero que hayan pasado un magnífico sábado... A continuación, les explico como preparar un "delicioso plátano verde con ensalada, pollo a la plancha y queso". Para disfrutar de un sabor MÁS apetitoso decoré con un toquesito de: mostaza, mayonesa y salsa ketchup... Pongámonos el delantal para empezar nuestro divertido proceso!

  • INGREDIENTS: carrot, white cabbage, green plantain, chicken breast, white cheese, mustard, mayonnaise, ketchup, pepper, fresh coriander, brown sugar, salt and sunflower oil for frying.
  • INGREDIENTES: zanahoria, repollo blanco, plátano verde, pechuga de pollo, queso blanco, mostaza, mayonesa, salsa ketchup, pimienta, cilantro fresco, azúcar morena, sal y aceite de girasol para sofreír.

PREPARATION/PREPARACIÓN

  • We start by making our salad... grate the carrot and cabbage using the fine side of the grater. In this case, I used an electric grater to achieve a finer texture. Add the vegetables to a bowl, then add the mayonnaise, pepper, brown sugar, and salt. Mix well, cover, and set aside in the refrigerator to use in the final step.
  • Empezamos realizando nuestra ensalada... rallamos la zanahoria y el repollo por el lado fino, en este caso utilicé un rallador eléctrico para conseguir una textura MÁS fina. Incorporamos nuestras verduras en un bowl, colocamos mayonesa, pimienta, azúcar morena y sal. Mezclamos hasta integrar bien, tapamos y reservamos en la nevera para utilizar en el paso final.

  • In this step, we are going to season our chicken breast with black pepper and salt. Fry until golden brown on both sides... Cut into pieces (set aside).
  • En este paso, vamos a condimentar nuestra pechuga con pimienta negra y sal. Sofreímos hasta que se dore por ambos lados... Cortamos en trozos (reservamos).

  • Cut the plantain into slices... Fry in plenty of sunflower oil. Using a cutting board, flatten the plantains and fry again.
  • Cortamos en tajadas el plátano... Sofreímos en abundante aceite de girasol. Con ayuda de una tabla aplanamos los plátanos y volvemos a sofreír.

  • Emplatamos... Colocamos la ensalada que teníamos reservada, junto con el queso blanco. Incorporamos el pollo, decoramos con un toquesito de: mostaza, mayonesa y salsa ketchup. Para disfrutar de un contraste fresco y aromático añadí cilantro (finamente cortado).
