- Good evening dear friends, I wish you a Happy and Prosperous New Year! On this occasion, I am sharing with you my experience having breakfast at the Family Market cafeteria ((Angel beach, Margarita). I love the versatility of this place. Its space is not very large, but they knew how to take advantage of each area to offer a multitude of items. Upon entering, there is the supermarket area, which has a small space for selling fruits, vegetables, and cold cuts. On the first floor is my favorite place, where you can find a multitude of personal care items, household appliances, and vitamin supplements... Yesterday, I woke up wanting to try the different options they have in the cafeteria for breakfast. When we arrived, the employee told us that they had freshly baked puff pastries. Among the available options they offered us were spinach, ricotta, cheese, ground beef, and chicken. My mom decided to order a smoked ham and cheese pie, and I ordered the shredded chicken pie so I wouldn't make a mistake. The drinks we chose were coffee with milk and a very cold malt. When I tried my pie, I found that the puff pastry was perfectly textured and the chicken flavor was VERY tasty, I would give it a 10 out of 10. As for my mom's pie, the truth is that although the quality of the ham and cheese was very fresh, there were parts of the dough that felt a little dry and somewhat burnt. Although I always complain when these kinds of inconveniences arise, this time I let it go, perhaps it is the Christmas season that makes me more tolerant of this kind of culinary mistakes. I still have to try the desserts at this place, they are highly recommended, for my next visit I will allow myself the permission to enjoy a creamy passion fruit dessert that looked VERY exquisite! - Buenas noches queridos amigos, les deseo un Feliz y Próspero Año Nuevo! En ésta ocasión, comparto con ustedes como fue mi experiencia desayunando en la cafetería de Family Market (Paya el Ángel, Margarita). Me encanta la versatilidad de éste local, su espacio no es muy amplio, pero supieron aprovechar cada área para ofrecer infinidad de artículos. Al entrar está el área del supermercado, posee un pequeño espacio destinado a la venta de frutas, verduras y charquetería. En la primera planta está mi lugar favorito, es donde encuentras infinidad de artículos para el cuidado personal, artefactos electrodomésticos y suplementos vitamínicos... Ayer, me desperté con ganas de probar las diferentes opciones que tienen en la cafetería para desayunar, al llegar la empleada nos comentó que tenían pastelitos de hojadre recién horneados, entre las opciones disposibles nos ofrecieron: espinaca, ricotta, queso, carne molida y pollo. Mi mamá decidió pedir un pastel combinado de queso y jamón ahumado y yo para no equivocarme con la elección pedí el de pollo esmechado. Las bebidas que elegimos fueron café con leche y una malta muy fría. Cuando probé mi pastelito, comprobé que la masa de hojadre estaba en su punto perfecto de textura y el sabor del pollo estaba MUY sabroso, le daría un 10 de 10. En cuanto al pastelito de mi mamá, la verdad que aunque la calidad del jamón y del queso estaba muy fresca, habían partes de la masa que se sentían un poco seca y algo quemada. Aunque siempre suelo reclamar cuando se presentan este tipo de inconvenientes, en ésta oportunidad lo dejé pasar, quizás es la época navideña que me hace ser más tolerante frente a éste tipo de errores culinarios. Quedé pendiente de probar los postres de éste lugar, son muy recomendados, para mi próxima visita me daré el permiso de disfrutar de un postre cremoso de maracuyá que se veía MUY exquisito!
