Carne de res guisada con tomate ( ESP/ENG)

¡Hola, compañeros cocineros de Hive Food! Espero que tengan un buen día. Hoy estaba pensando en qué preparar para el almuerzo y decidí preparar un solomo de cuerito, que es riquísimo y se cocina rápido. Me gustó mucho lo fresca que estaba la carne, y además tenía poca grasa. Aunque la grasa es sabrosa, no siempre es saludable, así que si tiene mucha grasa, conviene quitarle un poco.

Tenía dudas sobre cómo llamar a esta carne: ¿carne en salsa o carne guisada con tomate? Jaja. La verdad es que terminé convencida de que era carne guisada con tomate, pimiento y cebolla, ya que no tenía suficiente salsa. De ahí el dilema del título de esta receta. Si me pudieran ayudar con un título, les estaría muy agradecido.

La verdad es que ¡quedó riquísimo! Es una receta sencilla con ingredientes comunes, frescos y saludables.

Today I was thinking about what to make for lunch and I decided to prepare a sirloin steak with crispy skin, which is really delicious and quick to cook. I really liked how fresh this meat was, and it didn't have much fat either. While fat is tasty, it's not always healthy, so if it's high in fat, it's a good idea to trim some off.

I was confused about what to call this meat—beef in sauce or stewed beef with tomato, haha. The truth is, I ended up convinced it was stewed beef with tomato, bell pepper, and onion, since it didn't have enough sauce. Hence the dilemma of the title for this recipe. If you could help me with a title, I'd be very grateful.

The truth is, it turned out so delicious! It's a simple recipe with common, fresh, and healthy ingredients.

  • Ingredientes:

  • Bistec de solomo

  • tomate

  • cebolla blanca

  • Ají, ajo.

  • Sal, salsa inglesa

  • Aceite onotado

  • Ingredients:
  • Sirloin steak
  • Tomato
  • White onion
  • Chili pepper, garlic
  • Salt, Worcestershire sauce
  • Annatto oil

Lave el bistec con agua fresca, luego lo corte en trozos, lo lleve a una taza mientras cortaba el tomate en rodajas, la cebolla en rodajas, el pimentón en cuadros y el ají.

Mezcle todos estos ingredientes, le añadí sal y un poco de salsa inglesa, y deje reposar tapados por unos minutos.

Wash the steak with fresh water, then cut it into pieces. Place it in a bowl while you slice the tomato, onion, bell pepper, and chili pepper.

Mix all these ingredients, add salt and a little Worcestershire sauce, and let it rest, covered, for a few minutes.

Mientras tanto, triture el ajo y lo lleve a sofreír en una sartén con aceite anotado hasta dorar.

Enseguida agregué la carne con los ingredientes antes mencionados, deje cocinar hasta ver que los ingredientes y la carne se mezclan en sus propios jugos.

Deje cocinar hasta que se disminuyeran los líquidos, la salsa, y en este punto retire de la cocina para servir, con los contornos que tenía listos, y que fui cocinando en el transcurso de la cocción de la carne, para componer este rico plato.

Let it cook until the sauce reduces, and at this point remove it from the heat to serve with the side dishes that I had prepared while cooking the meat, to complete this delicious dish.

Espero disfruten de esta opción de almuerzo ideal para esos días de mucho apetito. El mismo lo degusté con contorno de arroz con cilantro y frijoles con verduras.
