My Daily Habit: Eating Tempeh

Okay guys, this time I want to share a photo of me enjoying some crispy tempeh — it tastes so good! Tempeh is one of my favorite everyday foods, and it comes with so many benefits. Here are some of the advantages of eating tempeh:

5.High in fiber and keeps you full longer

Tempeh is made from fermented soybeans.

Here’s the simple process:

  1. The soybeans are soaked and boiled.

  2. The skins are removed and the beans are cooled.

  3. They are mixed with tempeh starter (the Rhizopus fungus).

  4. The mixture is left to ferment for about 24–48 hours until it forms a solid white block — that’s tempeh.
