Fried spinach leaves fritters

in Hive Food11 days ago

Hello everyone!!!

I hope so you all are fine and happy 😃

I'm here again to share a simple recipe with all of you but believe me I tried this recipe also for the fire time as i never tried it before but the end result was amazing in taste that i satisfied my cravings which i felt when i trying the recipe for the first time.

Fried spinach leaves fritters!!!

I actually never eat this recipe of spinach leaves but it works well to cook the recipe of spinach fritters and I'm thinking to trying to recipe again at home as maybe you also find it cool. But the idea came in my mind from my bread sandwich recipe as the filling is same but only i added spinach leaves.

Ingredients!!!

Fresh spinach leaves
Potatoes
Gram flour
Salt
Red chilli
Other grand chillies
Dried cumin seeds
Dried coriander seeds

Procedure!!!

At first i boiled half kg potatoes and peel it of. Then mashed these potatoes and also i washed the spinach leaves and keep them aside for ten minutes to dried and till then i prepared the potato mixture.

Then in mashed potatoes i start to add salt, red chilli, ground chilli's, and small quantity of cummin seeds and dried coriander seeds. Mix them well and here my mixture is ready.

Now I make a thin paste in a separate large bowl so that my spinach leaves could easily dip in to this. I took three to four spoons of gram flour and add a small quantity of salt in it. Add water and mix it until it mixed thoroughly.

Now i took two leaves of same size, i cut the large spinach stem and now we've only leaves. I start to put a thin layer of potato mixture and then I cover it with other same size leave. I closed these two leaves with gram flour paste which won't open it.

Add oil in a pan and dip each slice of spinach leaves in a gram flour paste and put it in pan to fry. It'll take five minutes to fry in medium flame.

Here it's ready and you can eat it with ketchup or any other sauce which you prefer to eat.

That's all for now and I hope so you like the recipe too. Give me your feedback too about the recipe.

Thank you for your time and support 🙏

Spinach Fritters recipe looks very delicious. We usually use spinach in making pakoras but this way is unique.

I actually try this recipe for the first time 😉
