Minced beef stew with grated carrot
High-yield proteins are what I buy, and minced meat is one of these proteins. I hardly ever change the way I prepare this meat; my children like it either in sauce or stewed. This time it's a stew, but I wanted to add carrots, which I had never used in minced meat before. The sweetness of the carrots will give this dish a unique flavour.

Casi nunca cambio la manera de realizar está preparación de carne, mis hijos le gusta o en salsa o guisada. En esta oportunidad es tipo guiso, pero quise agregar zanahoria que nunca la había usado en carne molida.La zanahoria por ser dulce dará un sabor único a esta preparación.
For this recipe, use 400 grams of minced meat, 1 small carrot, 1 onion, 5 cloves of garlic, 6 chillies and 1/2 red pepper.
Para esta preparación utilice 400 gramos de carne molida, 1 zanahoria pequeña, 1 cebolla, 5 dientes de ajo, 6 ajíes y 1/2 pimentón rojo.
Start by taking the onion, paprika, chilli pepper and garlic and blend them together.
Inicie tomando tanto la cebolla, pimentón, ají y ajo y lleve a licuar
Place this mixture in a cauldron, season with salt and add annatto oil for colour. Allow this mixture to cook until it boils.

Then grate the carrot and add it to the previous mixture.
