Greetings, friends! I hope you are all doing well as this new weekend begins. I hope you get to spend time with your families and that this week you get to make lots of delicious dishes, or that you get to go out and enjoy a different kind of day, because food is what brings people together in different areas of life, from love to work, food is always present.
This delicious dish is a mille-feuille with caramel, which is simply layers of puff pastry filled with caramel and is absolutely delicious. The juice is completely natural and refreshing. A strawberry juice that was very tasty to enjoy on a different kind of day. Even though I was a little disheveled, that didn't stop me from sitting down to eat this delightful dish.
I did some research and found out that mille-feuille was invented in France in the 17th century, so it is a well-known dish in many parts of the world and has been on our tables for a long time.

Saludos amigos, espero que esten muy bien en este nuevo fin de semana que inicia en esta semana. Espero que logren compartir en familia y que esta semana que incia además logren hacer muchos palto deliciosos, o que también puedan salir a disfrutar de un día diferente, porque la comida es asi nos logra unir en los distintos campos a la gente, desde el amor hasta lo profesional la comida siempre esta presente.
Este delicioso palto corresponde a milhojas de arequipe que no es mas que capas de hojaldre rellenas de arequipe y que son super deliciosas. El jugo es completamente natural y refrescante. Un jugo de fresa que estaba muy sabroso para disfrutar de un dia diferente, aunque estaba un poco despeinada eso no evitó que me sentara a comer este deleite de plato.
Estuve investigando y la milhojas se invento en Francia durante el siglo XVII, asi que es un plato muy reconocido en muchas partes del mundo y sobre todo con un periodo de tiempo largo en nuestras mesas.
