¡Saludos gente! Feliz comienzo de semana. El día de hoy vengo a compartir con ustedes esta salida que tuve con mi mamá el fin de semana para recargar un poco las energías.
Se supone que el post era para publicarlo el sábado, como siempre hago, pero este fin de semana me sentí más agotada de lo normal, la semana pasó lento y no sé si es porque mi organismo está tratando de luchar con algún virus por ahí, pero me sentía muy agotada, de hecho aún me sigo sintiendo así.
El punto es que teníamos ya tiempo queriendo comer sushi, ya les he contado por aquí que es mi comida favorita, pero entre los 1500 inconvenientes que he tenido nos lo habían impedido salir solo por distracción.
En Bonsay Sushi tienen estas promociones de lunes a Jueves, se llaman Fiesta Roll, son platos de 10 a 12 roles que cuestan 6$ cada uno, la vez anterior ya los había probado, pero nos decantamos esta vez por roles tipo tempura y nos cayó realmente muy pesado, aunque estuvieron deliciosos.

The point is that we had been wanting to eat sushi for a long time, I have already told you here that it is my favorite food, but among the 1500 inconveniences I have had they had prevented us from going out just for distraction.
In Bonsay Sushi they have these promotions from Monday to Thursday, they are called Fiesta Roll, they are plates of 10 to 12 roles that cost 6$ each, the previous time I had already tried them, but this time we opted for tempura type roles and they were really heavy, although they were delicious.
Esta vez fui solo con mi mamá, ella siempre me deja que yo escoja, así que decidí una combinación de 2 roles fríos y uno tipo tempurizado para que hubiera más balance, que ¿por qué no solo pedí 2 plastos? Porque la verdad no había ni desayunado y eran las 5pm, estaba ¡Muerta de hambre!
Esta vez la selección fue un Kamakura Roll, compuesto de arroz , relleno de atún, mezclado con mayonesa, cebolla blanca y cilantro con un toque cítrico, queso crema, aguacate, tope de cangrejo crunchy, wakame, mayonesa, salsas: premier, anguila y semillas de sésamo.
This time I went alone with my mom, she always lets me choose, so I decided on a combination of 2 cold roles and one tempura type for more balance, why didn't I just order 2 plastos? Because the truth is I hadn't even had breakfast and it was 5pm, I was starving!

El segundo elegido fue un Kani Roll, compuesto de arroz, queso crema, aguacate, relleno de cangrejo empanizado con tope de pasta dinamita y cebollín, un toque de sésamo y salsa de anguila.

Y el tercero, un Yonaguni Roll, compuesto de arroz, relleno de pescado blanco empanizado, cangrejo, queso crema, aguacate, tope de atún crunchy, mayonesa, cebollín, salsas: premier y anguila.

Como ven, los rolls son completamente diferentes y así se sintieron al paladar, me gustó en especial esta vez los roles fríos, soy amante del sushi y difícilmente vaya a encontrar uno que no me guste del todo y en especial en esta franquicia he probado muchos y me han gustado todos.
Pero debo ser sincera, esta vez me pareció que el arroz que usaron no era japonés porque estaba un poco duro, además siento que les disminuyeron demasiado el tamaño a los fríos en relación a los que he probado con anterioridad durante muchos años.
Algo que me llamó la atención cuando entré al local, era el fuerte olor a pescado, lo cual no está mal porque venden pescado, pero jamás había sentido este tipo de olores en esta franquicia, no le di importancia y solo disfruté mis rolls con mi mamá.
Lamentablemente al día siguiente tenía un edema en ambos ojos, y estoy segura de que fue una reacción alérgica a alguno de los pescados, me puse un poco triste por el asunto, porque jamás me había pasado y bien que le tengo cariño a esta franquicia.
As you can see, the rolls are completely different and that's how they felt to the palate, I especially liked this time the cold rolls, I am a sushi lover and I will hardly find one that I don't like at all and especially in this franchise I have tried many and I have liked them all.
But I must be honest, this time it seemed to me that the rice they used was not Japanese because it was a little hard, plus I feel that they decreased the size of the cold ones too much compared to the ones I have tried before for many years.
Something that caught my attention when I entered the place was the strong smell of fish, which is not bad because they sell fish, but I had never felt this kind of smell in this franchise, I did not give it importance and just enjoyed my rolls with my mom.
Unfortunately the next day I had edema in both eyes, and I am sure it was an allergic reaction to some of the fish, I was a little sad about it, because it had never happened to me before and I am very fond of this franchise.
Supongo que el asunto de las promociones y bajar los precios se les está saliendo de las manos, por eso, lamentablemente, lo pensaré muchísimo la próxima vez que vaya a comer ahí, aunque hace algunos meses me invitaron a comer una parrilla de mariscos en un restaurante muy conocido de mi localidad y, de hecho, también tuve una reacción alérgica
Así que, a veces no tiene nada que ver con el precio de las promociones o el lugar porque este restaurante del que les hablo es un poco costoso y se aseguran de vender productos de calidad, quien sabe, tal vez soy yo que estoy desarrollando cierta sensibilidad a los mariscos o a ciertos pescados y no que estaban en malas condiciones.
Un poco extraño porque llevo media vida comiendo sushis y pescados de muchos tipos, pero bueno, solo les comento para que lo tomen en cuenta, igual es una franquicia a la que le tengo demasiado aprecio, tal vez en otra oportunidad solo no compre los de la promoción o me vaya con mi amado Rock and Roll que es mi sushi preferido de la vida.
Hasta aquí les dejo mi chisme de esta semana je, je ¡ni modo! completé mi semana pasada de terror con eso, aun ando con uno de los ojos medio inflamados, que se hace, tal vez es mi cuerpo haciéndome ver que debo cuidarme más o tal vez es un llamado de atención para tomar más en cuenta a mis sentidos cuando me dicen que algo se siente o huele diferente.

I guess the issue of promotions and lowering prices is getting out of hand, so, unfortunately, I will think a lot the next time I go to eat there, although a few months ago I was invited to eat a seafood grill at a well known restaurant in my town and, in fact, I also had an allergic reaction.
So, sometimes it has nothing to do with the price of the promotions or the location because this restaurant I am telling you about is a bit pricey and they make sure to sell quality products, who knows, maybe it is just me developing a certain sensitivity to seafood or certain fish and not that they were in bad condition.
A little strange because I've been eating sushi and fish of many kinds for half my life, but well, I'm just telling you so you can take it into account, it is still a franchise that I have too much appreciation for, maybe another time I will just not buy the promotion or I will go with my beloved Rock and Roll which is my favorite sushi in life.

I completed my last week of terror with that, I still have one of my eyes a little swollen, maybe it's my body making me see that I should take more care of myself or maybe it's a wake up call to take my senses into account when they tell me that something feels or smells different.
