Next, I will tell you how the whole process went: more than 2 months ago I wanted to make my recipe, but there were always obstacles to make it until finally I was able to achieve it and here I bring you my recipe.

Meat Lasagna (Pasticho) Recipe
Ingredients: 2 tomatoes, 1 red pepper, 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 pinch of salt, 300 grams of ground beef, 105 grams of Parmesan cheese, 200 grams of mozzarella cheese, 120 grams of ham, 1 tablespoon of cumin, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, 1 tablespoon of sazonatodo, oil, 1 package of pasta for lasagna (pasticho), 1 complete red sauce don Vittorio, 1 pinch of oregano.

Preparation: 1 fry the onion together with the 2 cloves of garlic in a pan with a little oil, once browned add the ground beef. 2 add Don Vittorio's complete sauce, add a spoonful of cumin, a spoonful of garlic powder, a spoonful of sazonatodo, mix everything until it is well compacted, cook on low heat. 3 chop the tomatoes in squares, cut the paprika, add a spoonful of oregano, a pinch of salt, blend everything to make a sauce. 4 Cook the ground beef until it is dry, then remove and let it rest.


Bechamel sauce:
ngredients:4 tablespoons of wheat flour, 4 tablespoons of Manty butter, 1 glass of milk, 200 ml of milk cream, 1 pinch of salt.

Preparation: add the 4 tablespoons of butter, 4 tablespoons of wheat flour, stir until a homogeneous paste is formed, then add little by little the glass of milk, stir until the wheat flour is dissolved, followed by the milk cream, stirring constantly, add the pinch of salt and continue stirring until it is well thickened. Once ready, remove and let stand.
Once all the preparation is ready begin to assemble the lasagna (pasticho), add the bechamel sauce to the tray until it is covered, then place the sheets of pasta for lasagna (pasticho), add a spoonful of ground meat in each sheet, then add mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, ham, cover with another sheet of pasta for lasagna (pasticho), again add bechamel sauce, another layer of pasta sheets for lasagna (pasticho), add a spoonful of ground meat, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, ham and cover with a new layer of pasta for lasagna (pasticho) to seal add the bechamel sauce, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, place in the oven over low heat for 20 to 30 minutes until gratin, ready to serve.
