Ingredientes:

Preparación del aderezo:

Then add the chicken chopped in cubes, in a frying pan with little oil, until it is well browned and dry, remove, once it is ready. Then place in a frying pan the 2 breads chopped in squares until golden brown and hard, then remove and place in a bowl.

In a bowl add the lettuce chopped into small pieces, add the toasted bread, the well cooked chicken, the dressing and start mixing with the Parmesan cheese, until everything is compact. Once ready to serve, it can be accompanied with mashed potatoes, pasticho, vegetables, etc.
