
Hello hi everyone how are you greetings to all of you and welcome to my another recipe blog. I hope you guys all are well. Today is first day of Ramadan for Muslims in Pakistan so I thought for cooking some special for iftar time. I cooked Beef mince and potatoes curry. It's very healthy and tasty. I often cooked this recipe because it's also my favourite. I served it flatbread. I want to share my recipe with all of you so let's start the process.
Ingredients
Half kg beef mince
Half kg potatoes
Onions
Ginger garlic
Tomato
Green chillies
Spices
Salt
Turmeric
Red chilli
Black pepper
Garam masala
Dry grind coriander
Chilli flakes
Fresh green coriander
Process
First I washed beef mince then put it in the pressure cooker. After this I cut onions tomato green chillies and ginger garlic then also added them in the beef mince.


Then I added whole spices and two glass water then covered with lid and put on midum flame until beef mince cooked well .


At the other side I cut potatoes into small pieces and washed under water. After 15. 20 minutes I opened the pressure cooker and mince cooked well then I added oil and stir fry mince. After this I added potatoes pieces and mixed well.



Then I added two glass water again for cooking potatoes and also for gravy. I cooked till the oil separated and potatoes also cooked. At the last I spread fresh green coriander.


Beef mince and potatoes curry is ready for iftar time. You can see final look.
