
Hello hi everyone how are you greetings to all of you and welcome to my another recipe blog. I hope you guys all are well and enjoying yummy food at home. After a long time I cooked Lobia in English you can say Black eyed beans. It's looking like kidney beans and very healthy food. I want to share my recipe with all of you so let's start the process.
Ingredients
. Half kg black eyed beans
. Two onions
. Green chillies
. Tomato
. Ginger garlic
Spices
. Salt
. Turmeric
. Red chilli
. Black pepper
. chilli flakes
Process
Everyone cooked it's own way and I cooked in very simple and home spices that I used. First I soaked black eyed beans half an hour. Then cut other ingredients.



Then I took a pan added two to three glass water and burn the stove under water. When water warmed I added soaked black eyed beans onions ginger garlic tomato and green chillies in it. I also added whole spices salt black pepper turmeric red chilli. Then covered with lid under midum flame.


I cooked until water dry and beans cooked well. Then I added oil and again cooked while stirring spatula.

At the last I spread black pepper as per your taste. You can also garnish it with lemon. I didn't use because lemon was not available. Final look is here.
