
Hello hi everyone how are you greetings to all of you and welcome to my another recipe blog. My everyday is full of delicious meals 😋 because I am the only one in the home that cooks. The responsibility of cooking is to me so I tried my best in making yummy food and they also appreciate me and I feel so happy. Today I cooked Peas Rice Pulao at lunch time and served it with salad and yogurt raita. I want to share my recipe with all of you so let's start the process.
Ingredients
Half kg Peas
Two onions
Green chillies
Tomato
Ginger paste
One lemon

Spices
Salt
Black pepper
Garam masala
Chilli flakes
Dry coriander
Process
First I peeled and took out seeds of Peas then washed them. After this I cut onions and fried them until colour changed into golden brown.

After this I made paste of ginger and green chillies in grinding stone and added them into onions. Cut tomato and lemon slices also .


After cooking ingredients I added peas and some spices like salt chilli flakes black pepper and garam masala then again cooked for two minutes.


Later on I added two glass water for rice in the peas gravy and cooked until boil water.

Later on I added soaked rice in the gravy then mixed well and cooked until water dry and ready for dum under low flame.

After five minutes I opened and my yummy Pulao was ready you guys can see final look.
