Chicken tikka krhai

in Hive Foodlast month

Hello hi everyone how are you greetings to all of you and welcome to my another recipe blog. As usual I came here with my new chicken recipe because in our house my younger brother doesn't like beef and mutton that's why mostly I cooked chicken recipes. Today I cooked his favourite dish Chicken tikka krhai. I often made chicken krhai but my today recipe is different. I want to share with all of you. First I will tell you required Ingredients then start the process.

Ingredients

Half kg chicken

Ginger garlic paste two tablespoons

Tomato

Two onions and green chillis

One cup yogurt

One lemon

Spices

Salt

Red chilli

Chilli flakes

Turmeric

Dry coriander

Garam masala

Black pepper

Process

First I washed chicken very well under water then took one cup yogurt in a bowl put whole spices in the yogurt then mixed well. After mixing spices in the yogurt I added chicken in the batter then again mixed well.

I rest chicken batter for half an hour in the freezer. At the other side I took a pan put some oil and cut onions for stir fry. I also added cut tomatoes and green chillies then fried for two minutes.

Then I took out chicken from the freezer and added whole ingredients the fry onions. I also added yogurt mixture then fry for a minute. Later on I covered with lid under midum flame.

After five to ten minutes I opened the lid and mixed well gravy. I tasted then again added one tablespoon salt and black pepper.

I feel chicken was hard so I added one cup water and again covered with lid because my mother asked me for making some gravy in it so I also added some water.

After five minutes I opened the lid then I fried so it left oil on the surface. My dish is ready. You can see final look.

Final look

I served with flatbread to whole family members. Don't forget also giving me feedback. See you soon guys. Bye bye.
