White Chickpeas with creamy sauce

Hello hi everyone how are you greetings to all of you and welcome to my another blog. I hope you guys all are well and enjoying delicious food. Today I am again here with my new recipe which is White Chickpeas with sauce. I often cooked this with flatbread and salad. But today I cooked it with different flavours. I want to share with all of you so let's start.

Ingredients

Half kg white chickpeas

Two onions

One tomato slices

Ginger garlic paste

Two tablespoons milk cream

Boiled mashed potatoes

Green chillies

Spices

Salt

Black pepper

Garam masala

Dry grind coriander

Chilli flakes

Process

First I soaked white chickpeas for 7 to 8 hours. Then at the dinner time I cooked. First I boiled chickpeas adding one tablespoon salt.


Now I took a pan put some oil and cut ingredients like onions ginger garlic paste and green chillies then stir fry in the oil.


After this I added sabat garam masala like cumin seeds clove green illachi. I didn't notice use turmeric in it. I added black pepper dry grind coriander and half tablespoon red chilli powder. Then stir fry again adding some water.


For the thickness of the gravy I added mashed potatoes half cup. Then again cooked gravy for two minutes.


Now I added boiled chickpeas in the gravy and spread two tablespoons milk cream. I added boiled water of chickpeas in the last and cooked under midum flame until oil separated.


My yummy chickpeas are ready for eating. I served it with flatbread to the whole family members at the dinner time.
