Summer vibes are in this vegetable ladyfingers

Hello hi everyone and my friends greetings to all of you i hope you all are well and making delicious dishes in @hivefood. Today i also came here with my new recipe and i want to share with all of you. I made ladyfingers vegetable. In this vegetable summer vibes are coming. And summers has come. We eat this vegetable specially in summers. So i made it very delicious with onions. Often we cook this with chicken but today i made it in onions. So first i tell you the ingredients.

Ingredients

Half kg ladyfingers

Half kg onions

One big size tomato

green chillies

Spices

Salt

Red chilli

Turmeric

Dry coriander

One tablespoon yogurt

Process

First i washed ladyfingers very well then dry. After drying i cut them into small pieces. And put them in a bowl. I cut also onions.


Now i took a pot put some oil in the pot then hoted oil for a minute. Then i put whole ladyfingers in the oil for frying. When they turns out in the colour. I took out ladyfingers in the bowl.


Now i put in the remaining oil onions tomato and green chillies. And cooked them for five minutes.


Later on i added whole spices like salt red chilli turmeric dry coriander etc in the onions. Then i put some water for cooking the mixture.


After this i added ladyfingers in the onions mixture then covered them for ten minutes.


When oil comes on the surface i fried for a minute the vegetable.


So finally my vegetable dish is ready for eating. I dish out it in a plate for making final look.

Yeah, we have bindi currency made in similar way... except... we make it Sount indian style kind. Oil... mustard, they splutter, then add chana dal and urad dal...stir fry till brown, can put red chillis too... then onions, tomatos... fry till mushy put some hing and sambar powder...

add water... and after some time add fried ladies fingers.... I let them cook for 30 to 45 minutes...
