So today I cooked very special vegetable Bauhinia with beef mince. It's very delicious Qeema kachnar recipe of this season. It's also very healthy and good for health. I want to share my recipe with all of you so let's start the process.
Ingredients
Half kg kachnar
Half kg beef mince
Onions
Tomato
Green chillies
Ginger garlic
Spices
Salt
Turmeric
Red chilli
Chilli flakes
Black pepper
Garam masala
Dry grind coriander
Green coriander
Process
First I took vegetable washed it I understand water. It's also looking very beautiful Bauhinia in Pink and green colour.

I washed beef mince put it in the pressure then added whole ingredients like onions ginger garlic tomato green chillies and spices salt turmeric red chilli and chilli flakes then added two glass water and covered put on midum flame.



When beef mince cooked and oil left then I fried a minute mince in the oil.


Then I added kachnar in the beef mince and mixed well again. I added one and half glass water so kachnar also cooked.


When gravy dry and kachnar cooked I spread black pepper garam masala and cooked two minutes in the separated oil. At the last I spread fresh green coriander and served with flatbread.
