
Hello hi everyone how are you greetings to all of you and welcome to my another recipe blog. I hope you guys all are well and enjoying 3 days of Eid. Today I am sharing very special recipe which is Beef Pulao. It's my most favourite recipe with yogurt smoothie. I want to share with all of you so let's start the process.
Ingredients

Rice
Onions
Tomatos
Ginger garlic
Green chillies
Yogurt

Process
I am cooking for guests also so I took 2 kg beef and also two kg rice for Pulao. First I cleaned rice and washed them. I soaked for two hours. At the other side I prepared whole ingredients. I took beef washed it and put it in the pressure cooker. Then I added some ingredients like onions ginger garlic and green chillies. I also added salt black pepper and sabat garam masala then covered and put it on midum flame. When beef boiled I took out it from the stove.

Now I fried onions till the colour change then added ginger and green chillies that I grind in chopper machine. I added tomatos and lemon into slices and stir fry ingredients.




After cooking 2. 3 minutes I added boiled beef in the mixture and mixed well again.

Then I added boiled soup of beef in the mixture of beef and covered till the boiled came. After boiling I added soaked rice.



I just used black pepper and green chillies. When water dry I covered again and put on dum.
