Shami Kabab of split chickpeas and chicken

Hello hi everyone how are you greetings to all of you and welcome to my another recipe blog in the community for sharing with all of you. As usual I am here with new and very tasty recipe and also my favourite Shami kabab of split chickpeas and chicken. It's a lengthy process and time taking but today I was feeling so much cravings of Shami kabab and decided for making. I want to share recipe process so let's start.

Ingredients

One kg split chickpeas

Half kg chicken

Onions

Ginger garlic

Green chillies

Spices

Salt

Red chilli

Turmeric

Chilli flakes

Black pepper

Cumin seeds

Garam masala

Lemon juice

Green coriander

Two eggs

Process

First I took split chickpeas and washed chicken then put them in a pressure cooker. I added onion pieces ginger garlic and green chillies. Then so added whole spices and two glass water and covered with lid on midum flame.

When chicken and split chickpeas boiled and gravy dry. I mashed them in a grinding stone..


After mashing I made small sizes round Kabab with hands and put them in a big wide plate for ten minutes rest. I also added salt and black pepper while grinding as per taste.

After ten minutes I took two eggs added cumin seeds and salt then blend it well. I dipped kabab in the eggs better and fry in the oil .

I fried kabab at both sides one by one in the pan.

We enjoyed it with raita of yogurt and flatbread 🫓. You can see final look.
