Today I am also here for sharing a very delicious recipe which is White chickpeas rice pulao. I want to share my recipe with all of you so let's start the process.
Ingredients
One kg rice
Half kg white chickpeas
250 gram chicken
Onions
Ginger garlic paste
Tomato
Green chillies
Lemon
Spices
Salt
Chilli flakes
Turmeric
Biryani masala
Cumin seeds
Garam masala
Dry grind coriander
Process
First I soaked white chickpeas for two hours. After two hours I boiled with chicken until they boiled 90 percent.

Then I fried onions till the colour change into golden brown. Then I added crushed ginger garlic and green chillies in the onions and again stir fry adding some water. I also added lemon juice and tomato then cooked for two minutes.



After this I added whole spices in the gravy and again cooked for two minutes. Later on I added boiled chickpeas and chicken that I also shredded .



I also added boiled gravy of chicken and chickpeas in the mixture with extra two glass water. Rice I also soaked before cooking for one hour.


After one boil of gravy I added soaked rice and mixed well. I taste salt then added more and mixed.

When gravy dry I covered with lid and put on dum under low flame.

After 5 to ten minutes rice cooked well and colour is also looking good. You can see final look.
