🤗Hi beautiful people.
I hope your day went well. I really love seasonal fruits. Sometimes, I try making smoothies with seasonal fruits. Especially in summer, having a chilled smoothie feels amazing.🥂
Today my father brought home a big ripe papaya. It was really sweet and delicious. While eating it, I thought—why not try making a smoothie with it?
So I did exactly that. Luckily, I had almost all the ingredients at home, and within just 10 minutes, I made a papaya smoothie.🥤
🧋To make the papaya smoothie, I used:
Ripe papaya
Sugar
Milk powder
Condensed milk
Chilled milk with ice
🥛First, I washed the papaya well and cut it into small pieces. Then, in a blender jar, I added the papaya pieces, sugar, milk powder, condensed milk, and thick boiled milk. I had previously boiled the milk, cooled it, and kept it in the freezer instead of using ice cubes. But you can definitely add ice cubes separately if you prefer. Using condensed milk is optional—you can skip it. I just used both condensed milk and milk powder for some extra flavor.
This simple smoothie takes very little time to make but tastes absolutely delicious. You can try it at home too, but keep one thing in mind: never prepare and store papaya smoothies for later. Try to serve and drink it right after making it. If you keep it for about half an hour, it may turn slightly bitter and too thick, which won’t taste as good.🍹🍽️
From time to time, I like to make smoothies with seasonal fruits like papaya, mango, banana, and many others.
Honestly, I feel making smoothies at home is the best compared to buying from a restaurant.
In just a very short time and with low cost, you can prepare a quick, delicious, and refreshing treat.
And the best part is—you get to enjoy it with your family.🍻
