🤗Hello Hive Food Community, my dear friends!
Welcome to my blog. Seeing your amazing new recipes always inspires me to try something new as well. I truly enjoy watching your creative dishes and sharing my own recipes with you.

Today I made Fried Rice and Chicken Fry—a beautiful platter that I never get bored of. It’s one of my all-time favorite meals. Over time, I’ve become so experienced in making this dish that it now turns out absolutely perfect and delicious every time. While cooking, you naturally learn where mistakes can happen and which techniques make food taste even better. That’s why this recipe has completely come under my control.
Today my cousin was insisting that I make Fried Rice and Chicken Fry for him. Honoring his request—and because I genuinely love cooking for my loved ones—I prepared a full set menu just for him.
Believe me, this platter tasted even better than restaurant food. That’s not just my opinion—my cousin and everyone else said the same! Everyone enjoyed it so much that they took multiple servings and ate happily together. If you cook with the right proportions and follow my guidelines, your Fried Rice and Chicken Fry will turn out just as perfect.
So without further delay, let’s start today’s recipe: Fried Rice and Chicken Fry.
🍴Ingredients for Chicken Fry
Chicken
Tomato sauce
Soy sauce
Salt
Sugar
Black pepper powder
Lemon juice
Ginger-garlic paste
Cumin paste
Chili powder
1 egg
Cornflour
All-purpose flour
Roasted cumin powder
Coriander powder
Method🍗
First, wash the chicken thoroughly and cut it into medium to large pieces.

Using a fork, make small holes in the chicken so the marinade can penetrate well. Then add black pepper, ginger-garlic paste, cumin paste, chili powder, salt, a little sugar, soy sauce, tomato sauce, and lemon juice. Mix everything well and marinate for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare a coating mixture using flour, cornflour, salt, cumin powder, and chili powder.

Keep it aside. In another bowl, beat one egg well.

Now coat the marinated chicken first with the flour mixture, then dip it into the egg, and again coat it with flour. Repeat this process 2–3 times for a crispy texture.

Heat sufficient oil in a deep pan for deep frying. Fry the chicken on medium to low heat so that it cooks well inside and turns golden and crispy. Fry all the pieces this way and keep them aside.

Ingredients for Fried Rice
Boneless chicken
Salt
Soy sauce
Tomato sauce
1 egg
Chopped garlic
Chopped onion
Yardlong beans
Green chilies
Carrot
Atop rice
Black pepper powder
Method🍛
Wash the rice well and cook it in a rice cooker with the required amount of water, a little oil, and lemon juice until it is 90% cooked. Let the rice cool completely and make it fluffy.
For vegetables, you can use any of your choice. I used yardlong beans and carrots. You may also add capsicum or green peas if you like. Chop all the vegetables neatly.

Heat oil in a pan, crack an egg, add a pinch of salt, and scramble it until fluffy.

Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add a little more oil and sauté the chopped boneless chicken with salt and black pepper until cooked. Remove and keep aside.

Now add garlic, onion, and black pepper to the pan and sauté lightly. Add tomato sauce, soy sauce, salt, and the chopped vegetables.

Stir-fry for 5–7 minutes. Then add the scrambled egg and cooked chicken. Mix well and finally add the cooked rice.

Toss everything together using two spoons for better mixing. Cook for another 5–10 minutes, and your Fried Rice is ready.

🍽️Serving
To serve, I shaped the fried rice using a small bowl, added chicken fry on the side, tomato sauce, and cucumber salad. And there you go—my beautifully plated dish is ready!🍛

Honestly, it tasted absolutely amazing, and I received so much appreciation for this dish. I highly recommend you try it at home.

I had marinated the chicken fry separately and also prepared the flour coating mixture in advance. My cousin kept asking for chicken fry from time to time, so I fried some chicken for him as an evening snack.

Since chicken fry tastes best when served hot and fresh, I fried it whenever I or my cousin wanted to eat. Everything was already prepared beforehand; I only deep-fried the chicken in oil at the exact time we wanted to enjoy it.
That’s all for today. I’ll be back with another new recipe soon.
Until then, stay well and stay healthy.
Thank you everyone! 💛🍚🍗✨
