I hope you’re all having a wonderful day and staying healthy. We food lovers — sisters and brothers — all enjoy eating sweets, right? 😋 Today, I was really craving something sweet, so I thought, why not try making some at home? So without talking much, let’s dive into today’s sweet recipe!

The interesting thing is — you don’t need many ingredients for this one. My mom brought 2 kg of milk, but it curdled a bit. So, I thought of making sweets out of it. The milk didn’t separate completely, so I mixed a bit of vinegar with water and used that to make proper chhena (cottage cheese) from the milk.




Next, I made sugar syrup using 2 cups of sugar and 4 cups of water. I didn’t wait for any particular thread consistency; just kept it simple.

Then I added all the sweet balls into the syrup and boiled them well, covering the pan with a lid. I checked occasionally to see how well they were cooking.



After that, I prepared a bowl of ice-cold water. Once the sweets were puffed up nicely, I transferred them into the cold water for a few minutes, then gently squeezed out the water and placed them back into the syrup.

And just like that — my perfect homemade sweets were ready! 🍬✨
