I hope you are all doing well. Today I am excited to share with you a special beef curry recipe, where I have added some whole garlic cloves and fried potatoes for an amazing taste. 📝 Ingredients You Will Need:
1 kg beef
Chopped onion
Ginger paste
Garlic paste
Cumin paste
Coriander powder
Chili powder
Turmeric powder
Soybean oil
Garam masala
Whole garlic cloves
Potatoes (cut into four pieces)
Salt
Bay leaves
Green chilies
👉 First, fry the potato pieces with turmeric and salt until golden brown and set aside.
👩🍳 Cooking Process:
- In a pressure cooker, add beef, chopped onion, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin paste, turmeric powder, chili powder, bay leaves, salt, and garam masala. Mix everything well and cook until the meat becomes tender (around 5–7 minutes).
- In a separate pan, heat oil and fry sliced onions until golden brown (beresta). Keep half of it aside for later use.
- Add the cooked beef from the pressure cooker into the pan.
- Add the fried potatoes and 5–7 whole garlic cloves, then sauté (kosha) the beef 3–4 times until the flavor develops.
- Add a little water and cook until the garlic and potatoes are fully tender, and the curry reaches your desired consistency.
- Finally, garnish with the remaining fried onions and serve hot.
