Special mention for the ramen, because I'm basically a ramen fanatic—I love its amazing flavor, the ingredients that complement it, its presentation, everything. I love it, and I think that's pretty clear by now. haha. I decided to go for ramen today on this rather cold and rainy afternoon. I loved that it had palm hearts among its toppings, along with the marinated egg, which I think is spectacular in ramen, containing pork belly, which made it quite different and very delicious with its fat, along with some other toppings that gave it the touch it needed for a ramen afternoon.
I was torn between eating ramen and eating sushi, but I preferred to go with ramen because it's a hot soup and since it was raining and a little cold, I felt more comfortable ordering a delicious ramen, which I ended up liking and was satisfied with. Next time, I'd like to try some types of sushi that I also really like, but my passion is broth, haha, it's basically my weakness.
After this broth, I went home, getting wet in the rain because by then it was raining quite hard. I don't think it was raining that much when I left, but on the way there was no remedy for the wetness I had to endure for dessert.

Mención especial para el Ramen, porque soy básicamente una aficionada al ramen a su super sabor a los ingredientes que lo complementan, a su presentación, a todo, me encanta y esto posiblemente haya quedado claro entre nosotros, jaja, decidí ir hoy por un ramen en esta tarde que ha sido bastante fría y lluviosa, me encanto que tenia palmito entre sus agregados, el respectivo huevito marinado que me parece espectacular en el ramen, conteniendo panceta de cerdo, lo que lo hacia bastante diferente y muy delicioso son su grasita, algunos otros agregados que le dieron el toque de lo que necesitaba una tarde de ramen.
Estaba entre comer ramen y comer sushi, preferí irme con ramen porque es una sopita caliente y como había lluvia y un poco de frio, entonces me sentí mas cómoda pidiendo un delicioso ramen, que al final me termino gustando y quede satisfecha, para la próxima oportunidad me quisiera ir por algunos tipos de sushi que también me gustan mucho pero mi pasión es el caldo, jaja, es básicamente mi debilidad.
Luego de este caldito, me fui a casa, me moje con la lluvia porque ya para entonces estaba lloviendo y bastante duro, creo que al salir no tanto pero en el camino no hubo remedio alguno par la mojada que me tuve que llevar de postre.
