Desde hace meses estaba con ganas de ir a este nuevo lugar de comida rápida llamado "Fatties" sus hamburguesas se veían deliciosas, al igual que sus perros calientes, pero fue desde el Burger Fest que se realizó hace poco aquí en san Cristóbal que quede mucho más ansiosa de probar esta hamburguesa con el nombre de Eleven, si, su temática es de Stranger Things (con todas las que concursaron) esta la presentaron en la categoría "libre" así que veía constantemente sus publicaciones y moría por probarlas.
La hamburguesa lleva:
WAFFLE,CARAMELO SALADO DE MAPLE, BACON, QUESO AMERICANO + CHEDDAR, POLLO FRITO y PEPINILLOS.
Por eso, el día de mi cumpleaños era mi única opción para ir a cenar, quería si o si ir a comer y probar estas hamburguesas, mi plan era pedir esa y mi novio la HELLFIRE CLUB, para probar ambas, pero no había disponible y se me olvidó preguntar por las UP SIDE DOWN que también se ve bastante experimental.
Todos probamos la misma, menos mi papá que es más clásico con los gustos y a todos nos encantó, es una mezcla de sabores distinta, el Waffle es bastante neutro y súper crocante, lo cual hace contaste con el pollo, la tocineta y el Cirope de Maple, y el toque ácido de los pepinillos es una mezcla de sabores indescriptibles, a mi me fascinó y deseo pronto ir y así probar las demás 🤌🏻❤️
For months I've been wanting to try this new fast food place called "Fatties." Their burgers looked delicious, as did their hot dogs. But it wasn't until the Burger Fest recently held here in San Cristóbal that I became even more eager to try this burger called Eleven. Yes, it's themed after Stranger Things (with all the contestants). They presented it in the "free" category, so I kept seeing their posts and was dying to try it.
The burger has:
WAFFLE, MAPLE SALTED CARAMEL, BACON, AMERICAN + CHEDDAR CHEESE, FRIED CHICKEN, and PICKLES.
So, on my birthday, it was my only option for dinner. I absolutely wanted to go out and try these burgers. My plan was to order that one and my boyfriend the HELLFIRE CLUB, so we could try both, but it wasn't available, and I forgot to ask about the UP SIDE DOWN, which also looks pretty experimental.
We all tried the same one, except for my dad, who has more classic tastes, and we all loved it. It's a distinct mix of flavors. The waffle is quite neutral and super crunchy, which contrasts nicely with the chicken, bacon, and maple syrup. The sour note of the pickles is an indescribable mix of flavors. I was fascinated and hope to go soon and try the others 🤌🏻❤️
