Hay días como esta semana que ando sin ganas de comer lo cotidiano, y es que es demasiado fastidioso todos los días pensar que comer, revolver de un lado, del otro, es una tarea diaria bastante agotadora. Desde hace unos días me apareció en Tik Tok la publicidad de este lugar de Shawarmas llamado "La ruta Árabe" y me pareció que estaba a buen precio y se veía todo muy rico, a demás que sus comentarios eran todos positivos, convencí a mi novio para que fuéramos a cenar allá, la verdad no es difícil ya que el ama la comida callejera también jajaj
El lugar queda ubicado por la avenida las pilas, pueblo nuevo, San Cristóbal Edo - Tachira, yo no soy muy buena para las direcciones pero por suerte mi novio se defiende y más cuando ponen videos con la dirección jajaj así que logramos llegar.
El lugar es bastante fresco, me gusta que su menú es simple, solo hay tres opciones, Shawarmas de pollo, de carne y mixtos, en 5$ cualquiera que escojas, están los Falafes en 2,5$ y un menú infantil que es nuggets de pollo con papas fritas. Esto hace que el servicio sea bastante rápido, ya que llegas y en minutos tienen tu pedido listo, con sabores muy ricos, salsas demasiado ricas, todo de muy buena calidad y sabor.
No sabría decirte al 100% si es el típico sabor árabe, ya que conozco poco de la gastronomía, pero si es un sabor diferente, con condimentos diferentes a lo cotidiano y si me hizo recordar una de las clases de mi novio en el módulo de comida árabe y tenían los mismos sabores, así que yo quedé fascinada y sin duda ire más seguido, porque me parece aparte de delicioso, accesible. ❤️
There are days like this week when I don't feel like eating my usual food, and it's just so annoying every day to think that eating, stirring from one side to the other, is a pretty exhausting daily task. A few days ago, I saw an ad on TikTok for this Shawarma place called "La Ruta Árabe," and I thought it was reasonably priced and everything looked delicious. Plus, the reviews were all positive. I convinced my boyfriend to go there for dinner. It's not difficult, since he loves street food too, haha.
The place is located on Avenida Las Pilas, Pueblo Nuevo, San Cristóbal, Edo-Tachira. I'm not very good with directions, but luckily my boyfriend is good at it, especially when they post videos with the address, haha, so we managed to get there.
The place is quite cool. I like that their menu is simple. There are only three options: chicken shawarmas, beef shawarmas, and mixed shawarmas, which cost $5 for any of your choices. Falafes cost $2.50, and a children's menu of chicken nuggets with fries. This makes for pretty fast service, as you arrive and they have your order ready in minutes. The flavors are delicious, the sauces are incredibly rich, and everything is of excellent quality and flavor.
I couldn't tell you for sure if it's the typical Arabic flavor, since I know little about the cuisine, but it is a different flavor, with different condiments than the everyday ones. It reminded me of one of my boyfriend's classes in the Arabic food module, and they had the same flavors. I was fascinated and will definitely go more often, because I think it's not only delicious but also affordable. ❤️
