Hello sweet-loving friends, happy day today I share with you this delicious and creamy rice pudding.
Hola amigos amantes de los dulces, feliz día hoy les comparto este riquísimo y cremoso arroz con leche.
🍶 Ingredients:
1 cup of rice.
1 liter of milk.
Cinnamon and cloves.
Orange peel.
3/4 cup of sugar.
🍶 Ingredientes:
1 taza de arroz.
1 litro de leche.
Canela y clavos de olor.
Cáscara de naranja.
3/4 taza de azucar.
🍶 Preparation:
In a pot, place the milk, cinnamon, cloves, and orange peel 🍊. When it starts to boil, add the rice and stir to combine. We do this over low heat so the rice can cook well. Stir constantly so the rice doesn't stick, and continue until it's soft. Add the sugar and continue stirring a little more often to prevent the milk from sticking due to the sugar. Let it cook a little longer. If you feel it's not cooked well, add a little water and let it cook a little longer. Serve it and add a little ground cinnamon to give it a special touch.
🍶 Preparación:
En una olla colocamos la leche,
la canela, los clavos y la cáscara de naranja 🍊, al empezar la ebullición agregamos el arroz y revolvemos para integrar esto lo hacemos a fuego bajo para que el arroz pueda cocerse bien, revolvemos constantemente para que el arroz no se pegue y así continuamos hasta que esté blando, agregamos el azúcar y seguimos revolviendo un poco más seguido para evitar que la leche de pegue por efecto del azúcar y dejamos cocinar un poco más si sentimos que no se cocino bien agregamos un poco de agua y dejamos cocinar un poco más, lo servimos y le ponemos un poco de canela en polvo para dar un toque especial.
