Hola amigos, feliz dia, hoy les comparto un delicioso pollo guisado en vegetales.
🍗 Ingredients:
1 chicken leg 1/2 large onion 1/2 red and green bell pepper 1 sweet pepper 2 cloves of garlic Scallions 1/2 carrot Salt and pepper to taste Oil as needed Worcestershire sauce.

1 pierna de pollo.
1/2 cebolla grande.
1/2 pimenton rojo y verde.
1 aji dulce.
2 dientes de ajo.
Ramas de cebollin.
1/2 zanahoria.
Sal y pimienta al gusto.
Aceite el necesario.
Salsa inglesa.
🍗 Preparation:
Wash and drain the chicken, then make a few slits in it and season with salt, pepper, crushed garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Set aside.
Finely chop all the vegetables, including the carrot and scallions. Place a pot on the stove with a little oil and add the prepared chicken to sear it slightly. Then add the vegetables and sauté a little longer. Add a cup of broth and cook over low heat. Taste for salt and let the chicken and vegetables cook through. 🍗 Preparacion:
Lavamos y escurrimos el pollo, luego le hacemos unos cortes y adobamos con sal, pimienta, ajo machacado y salsa inglesa, reservamos.
Cortamos todos los vegetales muy chiquitos, también la zanahoria y el cebollin, colocamos una olla en el fuego con poco aceite y agregamos el pollo preparado para sellarlo un poco, seguidamente los vegetales y sofreimos un poco mas, le colocamos una taza de caldo y cocinamos a fuego bajo y probamos la sal y dejamos cocer bien el pollo y los vegetales, acompañamos este rico pollo en salsa de vegetales con arroz blanco y un platano horneado.
