Hello friends, happy start to the week, today I share with you my recipe for fried beef meatballs.
Hola amigos, feliz inicio de semana, hoy les comparto mi receta de albondigas de carne de res fritas.
🍖 Ingredients:
Ground beef.
White onion.
1 egg.
1 clove of garlic.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Rolled oats. Wheat flour.
🍖 Ingredientes:
Carne molida de res.
Cebolla blanca.
1 huevo.
1 diente de ajo.
Sal y pimienta al gusto.
Hojuelas de avena.
Harina de trigo.
🍖 Preparation:
Season the meat with salt, pepper, grated onion and garlic, and rolled oats. Mix well, then form the meat into small balls and coat them with flour to help them hold their shape.
Heat enough oil for frying in a pan or pot. Add a sprig of scallion to the oil to prevent sparks, then add the meatballs one by one. Fry until golden brown and tender. Serve these delicious meatballs with rice and corn, and a tomato and carrot salad.

🍖 Preparacion:
Confimentamos la carne con sal, pimienta, cebolla y ajo rallado, hojuelas de avena y mezclamos bien, procedemos a hacer las bolitas de carne y las vamos bañando con harina para que se compacten mejor.
Colocamos un sarten u olla en el fuego con suficiente aceite para freir, le colocamos una ramita de cebollin para que no levante chispas el aceite y agregamos las bolitas una a una, freímos hasta que queden bien doradas y suaves, estas ricas albondigas las acompañe con arroz guisado con maiz, y ensalada de tomate y zanahoria.
