Happy and blessed day, today I share with you a delicious recipe for some delicious fried pork ribs with their own fat.
Felíz y bendecido día, hoy les comparto una rica receta de trata de unas deliciosas costillitas de cerdo fritas con su grasa.
🍖 Ingredients:
2 pork ribs.
2 garlic cloves.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Annatto.
Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce.
🍖 Ingredientes:
2 costillas de cerdo.
2 dientes de ajo.
Sal y pimienta al gusto.
Onoto.
Salsas inglesa y salsa soya.
🍖 Preparation:
Wash and thoroughly drain the ribs. Season them with salt, pepper, annatto, crushed garlic, and the sauces. Let them marinate for at least an hour to allow the flavors to meld. Place a pot or pan with enough water to boil, add the ribs, and simmer until the water is absorbed. Check the seasoning and ensure the ribs are tender and cooked through. Continue cooking in their own fat until they are nicely browned.

🍖 Preparación:
Lavamos y escurrimos bien las costillitas, luego las condimentamos con sal, pimienta, onoto, el ajo triturado y las salsas las reservamos por 1 hora mínimo para que se mezclen los sabores, colocamos una olla o sartén con suficiente agua para hervirlas y agregamos las costillitas y dejamos hervir a fuego lento hasta consumir el agua, verificamos la sal que estén suaves y bien cocidas, dejamos que se sigan cocinando en su grasa hasta que estén bien doradas.
