Hola hola feliz y bendecido día, como están amigos, hoy les comparto una deliciosa receta de torticas de carne molida y zanahoria 🥕 gratinadas.
🥕 Ingredients:
100 grams of ground beef.
1/4 white onion.
1/4 green bell pepper.
1 sprig of green onion.
1/2 carrot. 1 garlic clove.
Salt and pepper.
Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce.
🥕 Ingredientes:
100 grms de carne molida.
1/4 de cebolla blanca.
1/4 de pimentón verde.
1 ramita de cebollín.
1/2 zanahoria.
1 diente de ajo.
Sal y pimienta.
Salsa inglesa y salsa de soya.
🥕 Preparation:
Grate the carrot 🥕, dice the onion, bell pepper, and scallions very finely.
Season the meat with all the vegetables, salt and pepper, and the sauces. Knead to combine all the ingredients. Then, form some balls. Add a few tablespoons of flour and coat the patties. Place a pan with oil and fry the patties until golden brown. Finally, place a slice of cheese on each patty and grill. Serve these patties with white rice, lettuce 🥬 and tomato 🍅 salad, and some plantain tostones.

🥕 Preparación:
Rallamos la zanahoria 🥕, cortamos en cuadritos muy pequeños la cebolla, el pimentón y el cebollín.
Condimentamos la carne con todos los vegetales, sal y pimienta, las salsas y amasamos para integrar todos los ingredientes, luego elaboramos unas bolitas, colocamos unas cucharadas de harina y bañamos las torticas, colocamos un sartén con aceite y ponemos las torticas a freír, hasta dorarlas muy bien por último colocamos una rebanada de queso sobre cada tortica y gratinamos, estás torticas las acompañamos con un arroz blanco, ensalada de lechuga 🥬 y tomate 🍅 y unos tostones de platano.
